The contact form
When you submit the form, the information you enter (name, email, profile, organisation, subject, message) is sent by email to the WeLinkCity team. It is used only to answer your request and follow up on our exchanges. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange. It is never sold or transferred. Your IP address is used temporarily, in memory, to prevent abuse.
Email provider
Emails are delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), acting as a processor. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The website itself does not store any message.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. A single functional cookie is set when you choose a language (NEXT_LOCALE, 1 year) to remember your choice. As it is strictly necessary for the service you requested, it is exempt from consent.
Interactive map
The city network map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation). To display these images, your browser sends your IP address to those servers. No other data is shared.
Fonts
The fonts used are hosted with the website: no request is sent to a third-party service to display them.
